ClipStack

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-28  |  Product: ClipStack  |  Publisher: OmniBridge

Your images never leave your computer. ClipStack runs all AI processing entirely on your local machine. No image file or pixel is transmitted to OmniBridge or any third party by the application.

1. Who We Are

ClipStack is published by OmniBridge ("we", "us", "our"). Orders are sold and processed by our reseller Paddle (see §3). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at tkleo0412@gmail.com.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The ClipStack desktop application does not:

  • Upload, transmit, or store your image files anywhere;
  • Send usage telemetry, crash reports, or analytics to our servers;
  • Require you to create an account to use the software after activation.

All AI inference (background removal, upscaling) runs locally using bundled ONNX models.

3. Payments and the Merchant of Record

ClipStack is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. When you make a purchase, your name, billing details, and card or other payment information are collected and processed by Paddle on Paddle's secure checkout — OmniBridge never receives or stores your card number or full billing information. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

4. Data We Receive After Purchase

After a successful purchase, Paddle shares with OmniBridge a limited set of order information, including your email address, the product purchased, and your order ID. We use this information to:

  • Deliver your license key and download link;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Process refund requests if applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. License Key Activation

When you activate your license key in the application, the key is validated against our licensing server. The activation request sends your license key and a machine identifier (a hash derived from hardware properties — not personally identifiable). No image data is transmitted during activation.

6. Website Cookies & Analytics

Our website (this site) may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page view counts) to understand traffic. We do not use invasive tracking cookies or cross-site advertising trackers. The Paddle checkout may set cookies necessary to process your order, as described in Paddle's Privacy Policy. If we add analytics, we will update this policy to name the provider.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and order information for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations (typically 5–7 years for financial records). You may request deletion of the data we hold by contacting us — note that Paddle, as Merchant of Record, retains transaction records independently in accordance with its own policy and applicable tax law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email tkleo0412@gmail.com. For data held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

ClipStack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
