Terms of Service

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payment processing and billing-related customer service inquiries, and processes returns and refunds on our behalf. To request a refund or for billing questions, contact tkleo0412@gmail.com or Paddle at paddle.net.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipStack ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of the license fee and these Terms, OmniBridge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in §3), perpetual license to install and use ClipStack on one (1) Windows computer per license key.

You may make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes.

3. License Transfer

You may transfer your license key to another machine you own by contacting us at tkleo0412@gmail.com. The license must be deactivated on the original machine before reactivation on a new one. You may not sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the license to a third party.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices;
  • Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or your license key to any third party;
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license-key activation mechanisms.

5. Payment, Pricing and Merchant of Record

ClipStack is sold as a one-time purchase at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle collects payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and is the entity that appears on your card or bank statement. A license key and download link are delivered by email after Paddle confirms your payment.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, on our behalf. To request a refund, contact us at tkleo0412@gmail.com or Paddle at paddle.net within the applicable refund window.

7. Updates and Support

OmniBridge may provide updates, bug fixes, or minor improvements to the current major version at no additional charge. Major version upgrades may be offered at a separate price. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. OmniBridge does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will OmniBridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. OmniBridge's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

10. Intellectual Property

ClipStack incorporates open-source components (including rembg, ONNX Runtime, and Real-ESRGAN) used in compliance with their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0). All original code, branding, and product packaging remain the property of OmniBridge. Users' images are processed locally and remain the property of the user.

11. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. ClipStack processes all images locally on your device. We do not receive or store your images. Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the supplier's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence. Payment, tax, and billing matters are additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website or by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Software after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
